BYOB service for hair, including wig construction, coloring, maintenance, and customization, with a standard turnaround time of 7-15 business days upon receiving the hair. For those with specific deadlines, booking 2 weeks ahead or opting for the rush fee service is advised to avoid any inconvenience. Rush fees are to be paid via cashapp/venmo within 24 hours of purchase to confirm rush services. You will be sent instructions via Email/SMS on where the bundles need to be delivered once order has been received so please ensure you are using a valid email and/or phone number. Please Note: processing does not start until the hair is recieved. If delivered on a weekend; processing will start the next business day.

POLICY

1. There will be no reuse of old closures or frontals for wig construction. If old bundles are reused, ensure they are washed, dried, and all threads are removed from the hair. Hair should be organized by lengths. Tiny cut up pieces of weft are not accepted. Failure to comply with any of these requirements will result in a $20 fee, without exceptions.

2. All hair must be clean and completely dried before any service. Failure to comply will result in a $20 fee, without exceptions.

3. No refunds or exchanges accepted. If you have any issues with your unit they must be communicated to me within 3 days of receiving unit to have it repaired (free of charge) but unit can not be manipulated in any way. Any tampering discovered with the unit will result in customization fees.
